Benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy offers a wide range of benefits for neurological health, including:

Enhanced Neuroplasticity

HBOT supports the brain's ability to form new neural connections, which is critical for recovery from conditions like traumatic brain injuries, stroke, and neurodegenerative disorders.

Improved Cognitive Function

Patients experiencing brain fog, memory issues, or cognitive decline may find relief through improved oxygen delivery to brain cells.

Reduction of Inflammation

Chronic inflammation can exacerbate neurological symptoms. HBOT helps reduce inflammation, promoting faster healing and symptom relief.

Increased Blood Flow

By promoting the growth of new blood vessels, HBOT enhances blood circulation, which is essential for tissue repair and overall brain health.

Conditions HBOT May Help With:

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-concussion syndrome

Stroke recovery and hypoxic brain injury

Cognitive decline and brain fog

Chronic headaches and migraines

Long-COVID fatigue and post-viral syndromes

Chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, sports recovery

Neurological conditions (adjunct): Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, neuropathies

Inflammation-driven conditions and autoimmune adjunct support

Mold exposure and chronic infections (adjunct)

Radiation tissue injury and wound healing support

HBOT is not appropriate for everyone. Contraindications apply; please consult our clinician to determine fit.

How It Works & What It Feels Like

How It Works

During a 60-minute session you breathe oxygen through a mask or nasal cannula inside our comfortable sit-up chamber. Gentle pressure (up to 1.5 ATA) dissolves more oxygen into your bloodstream, fueling healing at the cellular level.

About the Chamber

  • Sit up or recline; assistive railings
  • Session length: ~60 minutes
  • Max pressure: 1.3–1.5 ATA (similar to 11–16 feet underwater)
  • Staff assists with entry/exit
  • What It Feels Like

‘You may feel ear pressure changes like on an airplane. To stay comfortable, we guide you to swallow, yawn, or chew gum during pressurization’

Most feel positive effects after 5–10 sessions; lasting change usually 20–40 sessions, 2–3x/week
